What we ask for
- License. A current Florida license suitable for the work you do, which we confirm with the DBPR license search.
- Insurance. Current liability coverage and, where required, workers' compensation.
- Service area. The Polk County communities you actually serve.
- Examples of your work. Photos or references for comparable projects.
What to expect
Homeowners share their details by phone or form. With their consent, we pass those details to a contractor who serves their area. You remain an independent business and provide your own estimates, contracts, permits, schedules and warranties. Our arrangement with contractors, including any fees, is explained before you join and summarized in our referral and marketing disclosure.
How to apply
