Many websites fill their team page with stock photos and made-up names. We do not. Polk County Pool Remodeling is a small service-area business that connects homeowners with independent contractors, and the people who work on your pool work for the contractor you choose, not for us.
The roles behind your request

Our phone line is open 24 hours a day. Calls are answered by an automated receptionist that asks for your name, contact details, location and a short description of your project. It does not give quotes or make appointments. Calls may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded and transcribed. See our privacy policy.
Inquiry review
Every request, whether by phone or through the estimate form, is reviewed so useful details reach the contractor and you are not asked the same questions twice.
Contractor network
Independent local contractors serve homeowners in the area. Before a contractor receives inquiries, their license and insurance are reviewed. Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees. Confirm licenses yourself with the DBPR license search.
Feedback and complaints
If something goes wrong, we respond within 24 hours. See our complaints policy.
What happens after you contact us
- You call or send the form with your name, contact details, location and what you have in mind.

- Details are passed on. With your consent, they are shared with a contractor who serves your area, when one is available.
- The contractor follows up to discuss the project, inspect the pool and prepare a written estimate.
